- Regular attendance is required for academic success; leave is allowed only for serious reasons or illness.
- Parents must submit a prior written request stating the specific reason for absences over 2 days.
- A formal Doctor’s Certificate is mandatory for medical leave approvals.
- Extended leaves must be counter-signed and approved by the Principal.
- Class teachers handle short leave approvals (1–2 days) via the School Handbook leave record.
- Students are not permitted to leave the premises during school hours or recess.
- Early dismissal is allowed only for urgent necessities via a written request from parents.
- Sick children must stay home to recover and protect the school community.
- Missing more than 15 consecutive days without authorized leave results in removal from school rolls.
- Late students require the Principal’s signature in the handbook to enter the classroom.
- Attendance is compulsory on the first day following any school vacation.
- Missing the first day back from vacation results in a one-week after-school detention.
- Lack of available transport tickets is not accepted as a valid excuse for late returns.
